Job summary

Hewitt is seeking a Data Migration Analyst - ERP to support a D365 implementation at our Brisbane office. You will prepare, validate, and govern data across the programme lifecycle, collaborating with technical and business stakeholders to ensure accurate migration and ongoing quality.

The role requires strong Excel/SQL skills, experience with ERP data migration, and exposure to Power BI in a Tier 1 ERP context. This is a full-time, on-site position with a collaborative, values-driven team.

Qualifications

• Experience with ERP data migration and data governance.
• Proficient in Excel and SQL for data validation.
• Experience with D365 or Tier 1 ERP implementations.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cleanse, standardise, and maintain data for D365 migration and governance.
• Validate and reconcile data across source/target systems during testing and cutover.
• Support data mappings, specifications, and validation documentation.
• Collaborate with SMEs to resolve data-related requirements and issues.
• Assist with ERP cutover, migration execution, and governance improvements.
