Job summary

Dynamo Recruitment is seeking an experienced ERP Data Analyst to join a major ERP transformation program in Canberra. The role focuses on data readiness, cleansing and remediation across Finance, HR, Procurement and Travel & Expense data.

You will profile, extract, cleanse, validate data and work with data owners, SMEs and business stakeholders in a hybrid ACT office (3 days in) on a 10-month contract with potential extension. Baseline clearance required or obtainable.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL, Excel and Power Query skills.
• Enterprise data analysis and data profiling experience.
• Data cleansing, remediation and validation experience.

Responsibilities

• Profile, extract, interrogate, cleanse and validate enterprise data.
• Identify, quantify and remediate data quality issues.

ERP Data Analyst – ERP Readiness | ACT | Hybrid | Contract

We’re seeking an experienced ERP Data Analyst to join a major ERP transformation program with a leading Australian organisation.

• ACT / Canberra – Hybrid (3 days in office)
• 10-month contract + 6-month extension
• Start: 15 December 2026
• Lead / EL1 equivalent
• Baseline clearance required or ability to obtain

About the role

You’ll play a key role in data readiness, cleansing and remediation ahead of a major ERP transformation, working across Finance, HR, Procurement and Travel & Expense data.

Key responsibilities:

• Profile, extract, interrogate, cleanse and validate enterprise data
• Identify, quantify and remediate data quality issues
• Develop data quality rules, checks, dashboards and reporting
• Create and manage data remediation plans and issue registers
• Identify potential data archiving opportunities
• Work closely with data owners, SMEs, system administrators and business stakeholders
• Manage multiple data readiness activities, issues and dependencies
• Provide clear, evidence-based reporting to senior stakeholders

Skills & experience required:

• Strong SQL, Excel and Power Query skills
• Enterprise data analysis and data profiling experience
• Data cleansing, remediation and validation experience
• ERP, HRIS, Finance, Procurement or corporate systems experience
• Experience supporting ERP/data migration or transformation programs
• Strong understanding of data quality, governance and business rules
• Experience with data archiving and records management
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Ability to translate technical findings into clear business recommendations
• Excellent planning, organisation and problem-solving skills
• Experience with data quality dashboards and reporting
• Australian Government or regulated environment experience highly regarded
