Job summary

Elysium Digital is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to join our team in Melbourne for an initial 3-month contract to support a high-profile digital transformation initiative. You will work within an Agile delivery team responsible for end-to-end design, development, integration, testing, deployment, and knowledge transfer activities.

The role offers exposure to CRM customization, REST API development, and Azure integrations, with a focus on delivering robust, scalable Dynamics 365

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience developing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Strong experience configuring and customising Dynamics 365 applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and customise Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Design and implement enhancements to existing CRM and case management capabilities.
• Develop custom workflows, plug-ins, integrations, and business processes.
• Build and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365, Azure services, SharePoint, and third-party platforms.
• Develop and consume REST APIs and Web Services.
• Contribute to solution design, technical specifications, and deployment planning.
• Implement automated testing and support CI/CD delivery practices.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Highly regarded experience includes:

• Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Field Service, or Marketing modules.
• Dynamics 365 reporting solutions and data integration.

• Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
• Exposure to government, healthcare, regulated, or large enterprise environments.
