Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a highly motivated Senior Analyst to lead complex investigations across endpoint, identity, email, network and cloud environments, acting as a technical lead for high-severity incidents and cross-customer scenarios.

You will mentor junior analysts, drive remediation plans, contribute to SOPs and automation, and help elevate CrowdStrike’s capabilities in a fast-paced global SOC.

Qualifications

• Incident Handling: lead complex investigations from triage to remediation.
• Threat Landscape: deep expertise in attacker tactics and MITRE ATT&CK mapping.
• Forensic Analysis: analysis across host, memory, and network artifacts.
• Malware Analysis: static and dynamic malware analysis capabilities.
• AI in Security: experience applying AI to improve detection and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex investigations across endpoint, identity, email, network and cloud environments.
• Determine root cause, attacker TTPs and full scope of compromise.
• Provide expert guidance on sophisticated Microsoft 365 attacks (BEC, AITM).
• Develop remediation plans and coordinate containment actions across customer infra.
• Mentor analysts, contribute to training materials and SOPs.
• Drive detection improvements and build automation for SOC workflows.
• Represent CrowdStrike in thought leadership activities and customer communications.
• Manage technical escalations and act as trusted advisor during incidents.
