Job summary

CyberCX, part of Accenture, is seeking a senior security engineering leader to design and implement end-to-end security solutions for high-profile clients. This client-facing role scopes engagements, designs architectures, and leads delivery from a project perspective.

You will mentor juniors, run client workshops, and collaborate with sales to uncover opportunities, focusing on SIEM, EDR, and VMS integration to deliver secure enterprise outcomes.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience in professional services, cyber security or technology industries.
• Experience designing security solutions including endpoints, SASE, SIEM and vulnerability management.
• Expert-level experience with CyberCX core technology partners.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead engagements for complex Security Engineering engagements.
• Lead client workshops for Security Assessment, EDR, VMS Architecture Reviews, with recommendations for secure enterprise solutions.
• Mentor juniors and participate hands-on in project delivery.
• Collaborate with Customer Sales to uncover and develop opportunities within accounts.
• Engage with senior leaders and internal teams to build credibility and ensure project success.

Lead, design and implement security engineering solutions E2E for CyberCX’s leading clients.

This technical client facing role is responsible for scoping, designing and implementing complex Security Engineering Solutions. You will lead delivery from a Project lens.

Candidates with have either previously designing at least one large SIEM, VMS and/or EDR solution, and some presales

Key Responsibilities

• Design and lead engagements for complex Security Engineering Engagements

• Lead client workshops for Security Assessment, EDR, VMS Architecture Reviews, making recommendations secure enterprise solutions

• Experienced mentoring juniors, and enjoys being hands-on as part of project delivery.

• Work closely with the Customer Sales team to help uncover and develop opportunities within customers. They work to understand the nature of the customers business problem, including drivers and how the problem fits in with their business objectives, as well as how CCX can help them resolve that problem.

• At least7yearsexperiencein professional services, cyber security and/or technology industryis preferred,withexperience in security integration and engineering

• Experience in architecture, design, implementation and integration of security solutions. Including endpoint, SASE, SIEM and vulnerability management.

• Expert-level experience and certifications withCyberCX’score technology partners

• Strongstakeholder engagement and communication skills withanability to build credibility with seniorleadersand internal working teams

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to build sustainable, scalable solutions and processes to meet complex operational problems

• Skilled in responding to setbacks in an agile and resilient manner
