Job summary

CyberCX, part of Accenture, is recruiting to own and support customer cloud environments, troubleshooting issues and delivering solutions that keep critical systems online. You will address incidents, manage relationships with customers and vendors, and monitor systems for high availability.

Responsibilities include provisioning cloud resources, taking ownership of releases, and applying DevOps practices. Australian citizenship and security clearance are required for this role.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Computer Science or a related discipline desirable.
• At least 1 year of experience in IT engineering/operations or similar.
• Knowledge of Azure/M365 Security Services is advantageous.

• Apply DevOps processes & methodologies as required.

• Address and resolve incidents and service requests
• Manage and develop relationships with customers, stakeholders and third parties/vendors.
• Manage and monitor all systems ensuring the highest levels of availability
• Take ownership of support request and releases
• Ensure customers continue to follow the standard process
• Create monthly customer status reporting on the monthly service agreements

Skills & Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Computer Science or a related discipline desirable
