Job summary

Accenture, in partnership with CyberCX, seeks a Team Lead – Microsoft Azure Cloud Security & Solutions to build and mentor an Azure-focused cloud security team while driving operational excellence. You will empower members with skills and progression paths to meet customer needs and align with enterprise goals.

You will lead day-to-day Azure implementations, collaborate across CyberCX teams, and ensure successful customer outcomes with an emphasis on security and cloud delivery.

Qualifications

• Mentoring or coaching within a cloud environment, preferably Azure-focused.
• Understanding of IT and security operations in Microsoft Azure within large or complex organisations.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication capabilities.
• Analytical problem-solving skills and ability to drive innovative Azure-based solutions.
• Ability to respond to challenges with agility and resilience.

As the Team Lead – Microsoft Azure Cloud Security & Solutions, you will take charge of building and mentoring an exceptional Azure-focused cloud support team while driving operational excellence. You’ll empower team members to realise their potential, ensuring they’re equipped with the skills, capability, and progression plans to meet and exceed customer needs. Through collaboration and a clear enterprise mindset, you’ll enhance performance and lead by example.

Day to day you will:

• At least 4 years’ experience mentoring or coaching within a cloud environment, preferably Azure-focused.
• Demonstrated understanding of IT and security operations in Microsoft Azure within large or complex organisations.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication capabilities.
• Analytical problem-solving skills and ability to drive innovative Azure-based solutions.
• Ability to respond to challenges with agility and resilience.
