ASJ Tech is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead a major cyber uplift program for a federal government agency. The role focuses on coordinating multi-workstream delivery, maintaining schedules, dependencies and risk management to meet milestones.

The position supports EL1 level responsibilities with hybrid work, starting onsite in Canberra for an initial period, then 3 days per week in the office, across Canberra, Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane or Adelaide.

Formación

• Proven track record delivering cyber security uplift, resilience, remediation or compliance in large government or regulated environments.
• Hands-on PSPF, ISM, Essential Eight and NIST experience.
• Experience managing integrated schedules across large multi-stream programs (vulnerability management, IAM, SecOps, cloud security, accreditation).
• Strong grounding in PRINCE2, MSP, Agile, PMP and hybrid delivery approaches.
• Ability to engage and influence senior executives, technical specialists and external providers.
• Australian Government experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate delivery of cyber security uplift initiatives across multiple projects and workstreams.
• Develop and maintain integrated schedules and delivery roadmaps across the program.
• Manage dependencies across cyber security, infrastructure, identity, cloud, SecOps, risk remediation and compliance.
• Track delivery against milestones and identify schedule and resource risks.
• Run delivery forums and planning sessions, and prepare status reports and executive dashboards.
• Manage interdependencies between vendors, contractors and internal teams to resolve blockers.
