Job summary

Pinaka is seeking a Delivery Manager - Cyber Security to lead uplift initiatives across multiple government-grade projects in Australia. The role requires strong coordination of complex schedules, stakeholder engagement, and enabling delivery teams to meet milestones within a regulated environment.

The position supports hybrid work arrangements with initial onsite presence, and requires an active NV1 security clearance.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering cyber security uplift or resilience initiatives in large ICT environments.
• Familiar with PSPF, ISM, Essential Eight and related security/risk frameworks.
• Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders and external providers.
• Must hold and maintain an active NV1 security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery of cyber security uplift initiatives across multiple projects and workstreams.
• Develop, maintain and monitor integrated schedules and delivery roadmaps.
• Manage dependencies across cyber security, infrastructure, identity, cloud, security operations, risk remediation and compliance.
• Monitor delivery performance against milestones and identify risks and blockers.
• Coordinate delivery forums, planning sessions and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Prepare delivery reporting, status updates and executive dashboards for governance.
• Facilitate collaboration across technical and business teams to resolve impediments.
• Manage interdependencies between vendors, contractors and internal delivery teams.
• Contribute to risk identification, issue management and mitigation activities.
