Responsibilities

• Achievement of financial targets for allocated Broker panel
• Delivers distribution activities (Broker visits, key account management, pipeline & prospecting, cross-selling, new business generation)
• Appropriate use of delegated Underwriting authority, including undertaking appropriate risk assessments, deployment of capacity on new & renewal business, and endorsement of existing coverage
• Development and execution of personal distribution plan for assigned Broker panel
• Close collaboration with Cyber & Technology Practice Leader and Product Line Managers
• Participate in joint travel/presentations
