Pinaka Technology Solutions seeks a Delivery Manager – Cyber Security to lead large-scale uplift initiatives across government ICT environments. Hybrid work model, with onsite presence for the first six weeks and then at least three days per week in the designated office, and an active NV1 or higher security clearance is required.

Qualificações

• Experience delivering cyber security uplift in large ICT environments, preferably government or regulated
• Proven ability to apply cyber security frameworks and standards (PSPF, ISM, Essential 8, NIST)
• Strong stakeholder engagement with executives, technical teams and external providers
• NV1 security clearance or higher is required/maintained

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate delivery of cyber security uplift initiatives across multiple projects and workstreams.
• Develop and monitor integrated delivery roadmaps and schedules for the Cyber Uplift Program.
• Manage dependencies across cyber security, infrastructure, identity, cloud, security operations, risk remediation and compliance.
• Monitor delivery milestones and mitigate risks, resource and schedule conflicts.
• Coordinate delivery forums, planning sessions and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Support governance through delivery reporting, status updates and executive dashboards.
• Facilitate collaboration across technical and business teams to resolve impediments.
• Manage interdependencies between vendors, contractors and internal teams.
• Contribute to risk identification, issue management and mitigation activities.
