Job summary

Duco is seeking a hands-on and experienced Cyber Security Analyst to join our Cyber Security team, reporting directly to the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO).

This role offers the opportunity to support and strengthen the cyber security posture of multiple clients across industries, working across security operations, vulnerability management, security platforms, governance, and incident response within complex environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in cyber security, security operations, or related disciplines.
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365 security technologies and administration.
• Hands-on with Microsoft Defender, Entra ID, Secure Score and Conditional Access.

Responsibilities

• Support the CISO with investigations, incident response, and remediation.
• Coordinate vulnerability remediation and patch management activities.
• Monitor security platforms and alerting; engage with SIEM/SOC providers.
• Produce executive reports and governance documentation.
• Assist audits, governance reporting, and stakeholder communications.
