Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in incident response, cybersecurity or emergency services.
• Ability to explain complex information in plain English.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rosters outside normal hours.

Responsibilities

• Incident Coordination: act as first contact, gather information and determine response.
• Triage & Assessment: understand what happened, urgency and scope.
• Team Mobilisation: coordinate Digital Forensics and IR specialists.
• Stakeholder Management: liaise with affected organisations, legal reps and execs.
• Technical Communication: translate findings for non-technical stakeholders.
• Incident Readiness: deliver tabletop exercises and readiness activities.
• Continuous Improvement: enhance incident response capabilities.
