Responsibilities

• Provide coordination and administrative support across planning, governance, reporting, risk and stakeholder engagement.
• Coordinate meetings, workshops and stakeholder activities, including agendas, papers, minutes and actions.
• Maintain records, registers and information repositories to support accountability.
• Support the preparation and distribution of reports, briefs and governance papers.
• Support engagement with Victorian Government departments, agencies and stakeholders.
• Identify issues, risks and dependencies and contribute to practical solutions.
• Produce high-quality written communications for informed decision-making.
