Job summary

HBF Health is seeking a Delivery Lead - Cyber to oversee large-scale cyber security projects within the Value Orchestration Office, reporting to the Senior Delivery Manager. The role spans Technology, Risk, Finance and Compliance, and supports multiple workstreams across a major Australian health org.

This fixed-term, 12-month contract offers influence across executives and vendors, shaping organisation-wide outcomes while navigating regulatory requirements and governance.

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering complex cyber security, technology or transformation initiatives.
• Strong executive stakeholder management and influencing capability.
• Experience managing vendors, procurement processes and project finances.
• A track record of leading diverse teams through complex delivery environments.
• Experience in regulated industries such as health, insurance, banking or financial services.
• Expertise in project delivery methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale cyber security projects and programs.
• Partner with executives, sponsors and senior stakeholders to deliver strategic cyber outcomes.
• Manage multiple workstreams, vendors, budgets, risks and dependencies.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across cyber, architecture, engineering, delivery, risk and compliance.
• Navigate regulatory and compliance requirements including cyber and operational resilience frameworks.
• Drive project governance, reporting and decision-making at executive level.
