Job summary

WorkPac Group is seeking an experienced plant operator for an immediate start on a subdivision project in Ferny Grove. You will operate plant, assist with earthworks and prepare access for water and sewer infrastructure, while maintaining safety with nearby crews.

The role requires a White Card, a valid Driver's Licence, and a strong safety mindset. Subdivision experience is desirable; weekly pay and benefits support your placement with a leading Australian employer.

Qualifications

• Relevant RII and VOCs demonstrated or held.
• White Card and a valid Driver's Licence are required.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and team collaboration.
• Reliable, punctual and capable of working with a crew.
• Subdivision experience is desirable but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Operate plant machinery on a new subdivision project.
• Clear and prepare areas for civil works.
• Provide access preparation for sewer and water infrastructure.
• Complete earthworks around stormwater areas.
• Collaborate safely with other plant operators and ground crews.

About the Client

Our client is an established civil construction contractor delivering subdivision and infrastructure projects across Queensland. They specialise in earthworks and civil works supporting water, sewer and stormwater infrastructure.

What you will be doing

• Operate plant across a new subdivision project


• Clear and prepare areas for civil works


• Prepare access for sewer and water infrastructure


• Complete earthworks around stormwater areas


• Work safely around other plant and ground crews
