Job summary

AGL is seeking a Customer Vulnerability Partner in Docklands, VIC. You will translate strategic priorities into practical improvements that strengthen outcomes for customers experiencing vulnerability, working across Customer Operations and the broader organisation.

Lead initiatives, embed vulnerability considerations in operations and collaborate with stakeholders to drive evidence‑based decisions. You will bring experience in vulnerability, hardship or social policy, plus strong stakeholder

Qualifications

Experience in customer vulnerability, hardship or social policy settings.
Ability to translate strategy into practical improvements.
Strong stakeholder engagement across organisational levels.

Responsibilities

Lead initiatives strengthening response to customers experiencing vulnerability.
Translate vulnerability strategy and insights into cross‑functional initiatives.
Identify and drive improvements across customer journeys, policies, processes and governance.
Embed vulnerability considerations into everyday operations.
Develop evidence‑based recommendations and briefing materials for decisions.
