Job summary

CDC Data Centres is seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to build lasting relationships with our enterprise clients and ensure seamless service delivery across the full lifecycle. You will partner with operations, delivery and commercial teams to anticipate needs, manage risks, and drive outcomes that exceed expectations.

Reporting to the Head of Customer Success, you will own customer satisfaction end-to-end, coordinate reviews and audits, and contribute to a culture of reliability,

Qualifications

• Solid experience in service delivery and project coordination, ideally within technology or critical environments.
• Extensive experience supporting large or enterprise customers with engagement with leaders and wider internal & stakeholders.
• Demonstrated growth in customer or service management roles, with the confidence to lead conversations and take accountability.
• Strong capability across contract management, SLA management and performance reporting.
• Clear, confident written and verbal communication, with the ability to engage effectively across technical and non technical stakeholders.
• A solutions focused mindset with strong problem solving ability and attention to detail.
• A genuine commitment to customer satisfaction, taking ownership of outcomes and nurturing long term stakeholder relationships.
• Experience working closely with delivery leads to ensure aligned, consistent communication and progress across active projects.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with customers and partners, ensuring a consistent, high quality experience throughout their journey with CDC
• Work collaboratively across CDC to bring the right teams together and support seamless, well coordinated customer outcomes
• Strengthen CDC’s presence across multiple customer environments by partnering closely with customer stakeholders and on site teams
• Support delivery of customer contracts in line with agreed KPIs, helping ensure commitments are clearly understood, tracked and met
• Coordinate and facilitate monthly business reviews, quarterly operational and security audits, and other customer compliance activities
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries, including operational matters and coordination of project quotes or proposals
• Stay connected to industry developments and represent CDC with professionalism, modelling our DNA and leadership fundamentals in every interaction
