Qualifications
- Experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality.
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills.
- Demonstrated empathy and ability to engage with fast-moving work culture.
- Flexibility to work across rostered hours (7:00 am – 8:00 pm).
- Australian citizenship, 18+ years, willingness to pass background check.
