RT Health is seeking a Member Services Consultant to join our Sydney CBD Contact Centre with hybrid working. You will be the first point of contact for members and stakeholders, handling queries about memberships, payments and claims by phone, and delivering outstanding service.

This permanent, full-time role runs Monday to Friday 8:30am–5:30pm. You will build knowledge of our products, rules and benefits and strive to resolve inquiries at first contact or within one business day.

RT Health is looking for a Member Services Consultant to join our Contact Centre team. You will be the first point of contact for all members and other stakeholders when they contact the Fund. You will handle member queries on membership, payments and claims over the phone. You will provide outstanding services to our members and ensure a positive experience.

This is a permanent, full time role. Hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm. This role is based in the Sydney CBD with hybrid working available.

Responsibilities
* To assist current and potential members in all forms of member communication
* Liaise with other team members to ensure member inquiries are resolved at first point of contact or within one business day
* Deal with correspondence in a timely and accurate manner
* Provide a high level of professional customer service
* Undertake training, development and multi-skilling as required
* Ensure knowledge is maintained in all aspects of health insurance legislation to ensure compliance with the industry "code of conduct"
* Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of the fund's products, operations, services, rules and benefits

About You

You are someone who possess a positive, enthusiastic and collaborative work ethic. We pride ourselves on maintaining a positive, fun, and collaborative working culture whilst ensuring we provide our members a professional and efficient service.
You will have:
* Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a contact centre environment
* Exemplary customer service skills
* Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
* Ability and willingness to learn the Fund's products, operations, rules and benefits
* Previous experience in promotion of products and services.
* Solutions focused with a positive and resilient outlook
