Job summary

Blu By Adcorp in Mildura is seeking a Casual Customer Service Officer / Warehouse Operative to join a hands-on team. You will provide friendly service, sell products, handle LPG cylinders, and support daily warehouse tasks.

Ideal candidates will have forklift licence, ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug screen, and full working rights in Australia. Casual ongoing role with Mon-Fri 9:00–5:00, weekly payroll, and 12% superannuation.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, warehousing, or LPG handling is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional customer service and product advice.
• Answer inquiries via phone and email.

• Handle LPG cylinders safely; perform manual handling in warehouse/retail.
• Load/unload cylinders and prepare customer orders; assist with deliveries.

Your Day Will Include:

• Providing friendly, professional customer service and product advice
• Answering customer enquries via phone calls and emails
• Processing sales accurately using POS systems, tills, and EFTPOS
• Safely refilling, handling, and restocking LPG cylinders
• Manual handling in both warehouse and retail environments
• Loading and unloading cylinders and preparing customer orders
• Assisting with delivery requirements
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workplace
• Working closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations
• Managing customer enquiries and resolving issues with a positive, solutions-focused approach

We're Looking For Someone Who:

• Has excellent customer service and communication skills
• Enjoys physical, hands‑on work
• Forklift Licence "ESSENTIAL"
• Can safely perform manual handling tasks
• Can pass Pre-Employment Medical and Drug and Alcohol Screen
• Has a clean National Police Clearance
• Full working rights within Australia
• Has a strong focus on safety and teamwork
• Is reliable, punctual, and has a positive attitude
• Experience in retail, warehousing, or LPG handling is an advantage but not essential
