Job summary

Harvey Norman Wangaratta is seeking a passionate, customer service focused Storeperson to join the warehouse team. You will deliver Great Service, Always! by receiving stock, preparing deliveries and assisting customers with pickups, while maintaining stock rotation and organisation.

The role requires strong communication, organisation and a can-do attitude, with weekend work on a rotating roster. Forklift experience and a valid license are preferred/required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English.
• Organised with strong time management and attention to detail.
• Experience checking delivery sheets and dispatching orders.
• Ability to load/unload and move items up to 200kg with assistance.
• Flexible across retail trading hours including weekends and late nights.
• Strong commitment to WH&S policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Receive and handle stock.
• Prepare delivery runs and route planning.
• Assist customers with pickups.
• Rotate stock and organise storage areas.
• Liaise with customers to provide exceptional service and ensure safe, accurate distribution of goods.
