Job summary

Harvey Norman Moss Vale Warehouse is seeking a passionate Storeperson to join the team. You will help deliver Great Service, Always! by efficiently receiving and dispatching orders and liaising with customers.

The role requires excellent communication, strong organisation, and a can-do attitude, with flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends. Forklift and picker licences are preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Be highly organised with strong time management.
• Motivated, detail-oriented and able to work in a team.
• Experience checking delivery sheets and goods in/out processes.
• Commitment to WH&S policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Receive and dispatch orders, ensuring accuracy.
• Liaise with customers to provide exceptional service.
• Distribute goods in and out of the warehouse, including loading trucks.

The Harvey Norman Moss Vale Warehouse Team is seeking a passionate, customer service focused Storeperson to join them in delivering Great Service, Always! to their customers.

As a Warehouse Storeperson, you have a good understanding of the dispatching and receiving of orders, and liaising with customers providing exceptional customer service.

To be successful you must:

• Be highly motivated and results driven person with outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Enjoy working in a team environment

What we require:

• Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written
• To be highly organised and possess great time management skills
• Must be motivated and have a great eye for detail
• Experience checking delivery sheets
• Effective, timely and accurate distribution of goods in and out of our warehouse, including loading of trucks
• A strong commitment to WH&S policies and procedures
• Enthusiasm and willingness to learn with a "can do" attitude
• Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
• Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays and late night trades
• Current Forklift, Drivers and Pickers Licence (preferred)
