Job summary

Harvey Norman Wangaratta is seeking a passionate, customer service focused Storeperson to join the warehouse team. You will deliver Great Service, Always! by receiving stock, preparing deliveries and assisting customers with pickups, while maintaining stock rotation and organisation.

The role requires strong communication, organisation and a can-do attitude, with weekend work on a rotating roster. Forklift experience and a valid license are preferred/required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English.
• Organised with strong time management and attention to detail.
• Experience checking delivery sheets and dispatching orders.
• Ability to load/unload and move items up to 200kg with assistance.
• Flexible across retail trading hours including weekends and late nights.
• Strong commitment to WH&S policies and procedures.

The Harvey Norman Wangaratta Warehouse Team is seeking a passionate, customer service focused Storeperson to join them in delivering Great Service, Always! to their customers.

Responsibilities Include:

• Receiving and handling of stock
• Preparing Delivery runs
• Assisting customers with pickups
• Stock rotation and organisation

As a Warehouse Storeperson, you have a good understanding of the dispatching and receiving of orders, and liaising with customers providing exceptional customer service.

To be successful you must:

• Be highly motivated and results driven person with outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Enjoy working in a team environment

What we require:

• Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written
• To be highly organised and possess great time management skills
• Must be motivated and have a great eye for detail
• Experience checking delivery sheets
• Effective, timely and accurate distribution of goods in and out of our warehouse, including loading of trucks
• A strong commitment to WH&S policies and procedures
• Enthusiasm and willingness to learn with a \"can do\" attitude

• Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays and late night trades, must be available for weekend work on a rotating roster.
• Current Forklift (Preferred) and Drivers license (Required)
• Be able to safely move items approx 200kg (with assitance)
