ARCway Careers are seeking a motivated Customer Success Trainee to join a Private Lending Firm based in Norwest, NSW. This is an entry-level role with no previous experience required and offers a 12-month full-time traineeship with office-based hours.

You will gain hands-on experience in finance, work with the CRM, and complete a nationally recognised Certificate in Business. Eligible candidates must be Australian or New Zealand citizens or Australian permanent residents.

What You'll Be Doing

• Handling inbound and outbound customer calls

• Supporting the broader team with day-to-day activities
• Updating customer details in the CRM system
• Generating and sending contracts for settlements
• Completing welcome calls with new customers
• Reaching out to potential customers and connecting them with Account Managers
