We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Team Member to join our team at our service station and café in Nambucca Heads. This is a casual position that offers flexibility and the opportunity to be part of a dynamic environment. You will be based on-site at our Nambucca Heads NSW 2448 location, where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers. What you\'ll be doing

• Greeting customers warmly and providing friendly, efficient service at the café and service station counter
• Taking customer orders accurately and preparing food and beverages to the required standard
• Operating the point-of-sale system and processing payments securely and accurately
• Maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment, including the kitchen, café, and service areas
• Restocking supplies and ensuring shelves and displays are well-organised and appealing
• Preparing sandwiches, hot food items, and other café offerings to order with attention to quality and presentation
• Handling customer inquiries and complaints professionally and courteously
• Supporting the team during busy periods to ensure smooth operations
• Adhering to food safety and hygiene standards at all times
