Ingenia Communities is hiring a Casual Food & Beverage Attendant for our Nambucca Heads venue. You’ll create a welcoming front-of-house atmosphere, serve guests, handle feedback professionally, and contribute to memorable experiences by the water.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar role.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• RSA/RCG accreditation (if applicable).
• Able to lift and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service at front-of-house.
• Maintain safety and food quality standards.
• Manage stock, reduce waste, and use ingredients fully.
• Clean and sanitize shop, kitchen, and dining areas.
• Handle chemicals safely with PPE.
