Bunnings is seeking team members for our in-store cafe. You will provide warm, friendly service, assist with stock management, and craft quality coffee and food with care. You’ll be part of a supportive, inclusive team delivering great experiences to customers.

This is a Part-Time cafe role with morning, day and evening shifts on Weekdays and Weekends. Training is provided; you must be 15 or older to apply. We offer a positive, community-focused workplace.

About the role

Our team members are the face of Bunnings, always prepared to give it a red hot go. They provide a friendly and helpful service to everyone who walks through our doors, making sure every experience counts. Our customers are met with passionate team members ready to provide exceptional service and the best experience, based in our Bunnings Cafe. This is a Part-Time role and the flexibility to work morning, day and evening shifts on Weekdays and Weekends is required so that we can provide the best experience to our customers.

We provide an adult pay rate for 18 years of age and above at $28.64 per hour for this role.

Who we're looking for

We're looking for team members who are passionate about helping others and are keen to learn and grow. The path within Bunnings is yours to build - you could become the next future leader or department supervisor, and we are committed to giving you the skills and showing you the ropes throughout your journey.

You'll need

• A genuine passion for customer experience, positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Previous experience in hospitality, café or as a Barista is a plus, but not essential – we’ll provide the training!
• Great communication and teamwork skills
• To act with integrity, be safe and do your best
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends
