Job summary

ForHealth Group is seeking a Customer Service Team Member in Leichhardt to coordinate medical appointments, assist clients and candidates, and deliver exceptional service in a busy healthcare environment.

You will manage calls, respond to emails, maintain accurate records, and liaise with clinics to ensure timely results. This role supports operations with data entry, invoicing, and strong customer relationships across a supportive national healthcare organisation.

Qualifications

  • Previous customer service, administration, or call centre experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule medical appointments.
  • Manage inbound and outbound telephone calls.
  • Respond to client and candidate email enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate booking records and data entry.
  • Follow up required documentation with clients, candidates, and clinics.
  • Liaise with clinics to ensure appointments and results are completed within agreed timeframes.
  • Process and review medical assessment results.
  • Ensure results are communicated to clients accurately and efficiently.
  • Monitor call queues and booking requests to meet service standards.
  • Assist with costing and invoicing processes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, clinics, and internal stakeholders.
  • Support departmental administration and operational requirements.
  • Adhere to workplace health and safety policies and procedures.

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Team Member to join our team in Leichhardt on a full-time basis. The Role

As a Customer Service Team Member, you will be the first point of contact for clients, candidates, and clinics, providing high-quality customer service and administrative support in a busy healthcare environment.

You will be responsible for coordinating medical appointments, managing inbound and outbound calls, responding to email enquiries, processing medical assessment results, and maintaining accurate records. Working closely with clinics and internal teams, you will help ensure the smooth delivery of occupational health and medical services while providing a positive experience for every customer.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Well-developed administrative and data entry skills.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive, positive, and solutions-focused approach.
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Healthcare, medical administration, or allied health experience is advantageous but not essential.
