Job summary

Siemens Digital Industries Software is seeking a dynamic Sales Development professional to drive outbound prospecting, qualify opportunities, and navigate customer organizations to reach decision makers. You will work closely with sales to ensure opportunities move through qualification stages and are ready for handover.

You will engage via phone, email, social, and other channels, maintain CRM data with high accuracy, and adapt outreach strategies based on campaign context and customer needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound prospecting and qualification in B2B contexts.
• Experience with structured outbound activities.
• Experience working with CRM systems.
• Technical or engineering background beneficial but not required.

Position Overview

This role is responsible for independently implementing outbound prospecting and qualification activities, engaging and navigating customer organizations to reach key decision makers, and driving opportunity qualification through structured discovery and multi-channel outreach. It handles the progression of opportunities to sales-ready status, maintains accurate CRM data and pipeline visibility, and applies sound judgment in prioritization and customer engagement. The role collaborates closely with sales teams and partners, adapts approaches based on customer context, and operates with a high degree of ownership while recognizing when escalation is required, supported by strong communication, organization, and performance-driven behaviors.

Qualifications

• Handle semi-routine assignments, adjusting approach based on customer context
• Recognize when escalation or support is required and act accordingly
