BaptistCare is seeking a Customer Service Support for the Camberwell Hub. The role is permanent, full-time, with a hybrid work arrangement (home and office).
You will handle phone and email inquiries from Support at home customers and private fee-for-service clients, and support care plans with daily administration. Successful candidates have at least 2 years in a similar role, preferably with aged care experience, and an Office Admin qualification or relevant experience.
Our Customer Service Support (CSS) staff are the first point of contact (for Baptistcare’s Support at home package customers. The Customer Service Support staff carry out a range of day to day customer account administration tasks.
