We’re looking for Personal Care Workers to join our BaptistCare in Home team in Wonthaggi & the surrounding areas, with the flexibility to work hours that suit your lifestyle.
As a Personal Care Support Worker with BaptistCare, you’ll support older people in their own homes across Wonthaggi and the surrounding areas.
Every day is different. You might help with household tasks, showering and dressing, meal preparation, continence support, medication assistance or transport to appointments and local activities.
Just as importantly, you’ll provide companionship, conversation, and a friendly face.
In a rural community, those connections matter. You’ll get to know your clients, understand what is important to them and support them to continue living safely and independently in the place they call home.
