Great Southern Bank in Paramatta is seeking a Customer Service Specialist / Personal Banker to be the first point of contact for customers at the Paramatta branch. You will support local customers with their everyday retail banking needs and help them meet financial goals.

You'll deliver sales and lending results while upholding compliance and providing friendly, community-focused service in a busy branch environment.

As our highly valued Customer Service Specialist based in Paramatta branch your role will provide support and serve the local community as the first point of contact for our customers and their retail banking needs.

You’ll make an impact by:

• Helping customer meet their financial goals through our great value savings, insurance and personal lending products
• Deliver sales and lending results
