Job summary

Get Wines Direct is seeking motivated Sales & Customer Service Consultants to join our team. This customer-focused role involves handling inquiries, delivering outstanding service, growing your own customer portfolio, and promoting wine offers.

You will be part of a high-energy, supportive team with ongoing wine training and tastings. Hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm, with optional Saturdays for those who want to earn extra income.

Qualifications

• Sales or customer service experience preferred but training provided.
• Love of wine is an advantage, not required.

About the Role
