CommBank in St Marys is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support transactional banking needs in a busy branch. You will help customers with deposits, withdrawals and guide them to digital options, delivering a seamless customer experience.

This entry-level role offers exposure to everyday banking, teamwork, and opportunities to build financial wellbeing for customers. Rosters are predetermined for part-time 12 hours per week, with specific shifts across Mon, Thu, Fri.

As a Customer Service Representative in our St Marys Branch you’ll be:

Responding to customers transactional banking needs, delivering a seamless customer experience

Processing transactions including deposits, withdrawals, bank cheques, transfers & CommFX

Assisting with Cash/ATM procedures

Educating and demonstrating of our in-branch technology and digital banking options for customers

Adhering to the Bank’s processes and procedures, including accurately reconciling transactions, reviewing customers’ financial positions & championing our strong risk culture
