Customer Service Representative - Call Centre | Norwest | Hybrid | 7am - 3pm.
We are currently seeking a motivated and resilient Customer Service Representativeto join a supportive call centre team in Norwest working from 7am - 3pm.

This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a corporate environment with excellent training, approachable leaders, and genuine longer-term potential.

You can expect to:

• Handle approx. 30–40 inbound calls per day
• Investigate and resolve customer concerns, following clear processes
• Receive comprehensive training before going live on the phones
• Work closely with your team and manager to deliver a high standard of service
• 3/2 Hybrid Split
• Update records and prepare correspondence in line with company procedure
