Job summary

Bapcor Limited is seeking an enthusiastic Automotive Customer Service Representative for our Preston team. This role blends customer service with sales, requiring automotive product knowledge and a focus on delivering accurate, friendly support to customers.

You will assist with product inquiries, build relationships, identify upsell opportunities, and support sales campaigns while maintaining knowledge of our parts and workshop products.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Automotive Parts is essential.
• Proven experience in Customer Service and achieving KPIs.
• Customer service experience is essential; call centre experience not required.

We're seeking an enthusiastic Automotive Customer Service Representative to join our team in Preston. This is a great opportunity for someone with Automotive Industry Experience who enjoys delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

As the key link between the business and its customers, you'll provide inbound sales support, assist with product enquiries, and use your automotive knowledge to provide accurate advice and solutions.

This role combines customer service and sales, requiring you to build strong customer relationships, identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and support sales campaigns. Success in this role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a solid understanding of automotive products, parts, or workshop operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver prompt, accurate support for customer enquiries via phone.
• Provide exceptional customer service, building positive customer experiences.
• Resolve enquiries, identify cost-effective solutions, and refer complex issues where required.
• Accurately record customer interactions, complaints, and actions taken.
• Follow up on customer issues and elevate recurring concerns to the appropriate teams.
• Maintain strong product and service knowledge to effectively support customers.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
• Strong knowledge of Automotive Parts is essential for this role.
• Proven experience in Customer Service, account management and achieving KPI's.
• Strong ability to build customer relationships and drive repeat business.
• Experience in automotive parts, trade sales, customer service, or a similar industry is highly desirable.
• Customer service experience essential; call centre experience not required
