Job summary

Bapcor in Kelmscott is seeking a motivated Salesperson/Parts Interpreter to join our experienced team. You will deliver outstanding customer service, assist customers with parts selection, and handle inbound sales and stock processing in a fast-paced environment.

If you bring a genuine interest in auto parts and excellent communication, you’ll hit the ground running with the training and support behind you, while contributing to showroom presentation and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven customer service experience in a fast-paced retail or trade environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.
• Interest or experience in auto parts and automotive systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Inbound phone and online sales processing.
• In-store customer service and assistance with product selection.
• Order and receipt of incoming stock, stock organization.
• Process and pick purchase orders for customers.
• Showroom merchandising, pricing and maintenance.

We have a great opportunity for a motivated Salesperson/Parts Interpreter to join our experienced and friendly team in Kelmscott. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on delivering outstanding customer service and enjoys being part of a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment.

You’ll be supporting our loyal customer base and working closely with a knowledgeable team who are passionate about what they do. Whether you bring prior Auto Parts experience or a genuine interest in learning the industry, you’ll hit the ground running with training and support behind you.
