You will handle a high volume of enquiries, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a positive experience for every customer and family member seeking support.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a customer service, contact centre or other fast-paced customer-facing environment
  • Strong communication and active listening skills
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of service
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and sound judgement
  • Confidence using CRM systems, Microsoft Office 365 and other technology platforms
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • A warm, professional and empathetic approach
  • Desirable - Experience within aged care, healthcare, disability services, community services or similar industries
