MAYDAY Recruitment collaborates with a global travel insurance and assistance provider to hire Customer Service Consultants for the Brisbane CBD Contact Centre. This 6-month full-time contract offers an immediate start with weekend rotation and weekly pay at $38.89 per hour plus super.

You will join a busy team, handling inbound inquiries, guiding customers through stressful moments, and delivering empathetic, solutions-focused support across various systems.

Qualifications

• Previous call centre or phone-based customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to navigate multiple systems while speaking with customers.
• Strong communication and active listening throughout conversations.

MAYDAY Recruitment is partnering with a globally recognised leader in travel insurance and assistance services, seeking confident and customer-focused Customer Service Consultants to join their Brisbane CBD Contact Centre team.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be part of a busy Contact Centre team supporting customers throughout their travel journeys. No two conversations will necessarily be the same, so you'll need to combine excellent customer service with empathy, problem-solving and strong attention to detail.

Your day to day will include:

• Handling inbound customer enquiries with professionalism and genuine empathy
• Assisting customers who may be experiencing stressful or unexpected situations, including breakdowns, vehicle support or insurance-related queries
• Navigating multiple systems simultaneously while maintaining attention to detailRecording customer interactions accurately and maintaining high service standards
