Job summary

OTR Group is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver outstanding guest experiences across our retail stores. You’ll be on your feet for long periods, able to multi-task, and ready to engage with customers in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include keeping the store clean, stocked, and welcoming for every guest, assisting with product knowledge, and processing sales at the register. You must be flexible to work late nights, early mornings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to lift moderate weight and stand for long periods.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and some late shifts.
