Job summary

Ausreo in Sydney is seeking a hands-on Sales Consultant to deliver outstanding customer service in our showroom and support the customer journey from inquiry to order.

You will promote Ausreo's concrete reinforcing products, handle quotes, coordinate with logistics, and collaborate with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment that values safety and diversity.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in retail, hardware, or trade environment preferred.
• Steel industry experience is advantageous but not required.
• Face-to-face selling with entrepreneurial mindset.
• Highly organized with strong multitasking and attention to detail.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Team player who can work independently under pressure.
• Current driver's licence essential.

• Provide excellence in customer service and manage the customer journey
• Welcome new and existing customers into showrooms with face-to-face selling
• Actively promote Ausreo's products to generate sales and process orders
• Handle merchandising, stock replenishment and warehouse stock control
• Generate quotations and engage with e-commerce and social media
• Manage Service Centre operations and coordinate production with factory staff
• Troubleshoot enquiries via phone and email efficiently
• Coordinate logistics including transport and deliveries
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and manage difficult customers
