Job summary

WAW Credit Union is seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our customer-owned bank team. If you enjoy helping people, solving problems and being part of a team that genuinely cares, we’d love to hear from you.

This casual, multi-branch role offers travel around the local area and involves assisting customers with everyday banking, account enquiries and transactions, while guiding them to the right products and solutions. You’ll work with colleagues to deliver a great experience.
