Job summary

Cleanaway Waste Management is seeking a proactive Customer Service professional to join our team in Beresfield, NSW, Australia. You will be the first line of contact for Commercial & Industrial and Municipal council customers, handling inquiries, bookings and issue resolution.

You’ll update customer records in Salesforce, coordinate with operations, and build strong relationships with clients and internal teams to ensure outcomes meet expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or contact centre roles.
• Strong communication skills and a professional phone manner.
• Ability to stay calm and solution-focused in challenging situations.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Proactive approach and the ability to work independently.
• Genuine team-first attitude and willingness to support colleagues.
• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems is desirable.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Customer Care Floor Lead, you'll be the first point of contact for our Commercial & Industrial (C&I) and Municipal council customers, delivering exceptional service and helping resolve a variety of customer enquiries.
