Workskil Australia is seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Officer to be the face of our Enfield site in Adelaide. You will handle inquiries, direct them to the appropriate area, and provide operational support to colleagues with a strong focus on accuracy and timeliness.
The role requires excellent administration, high proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to maintain a calm, courteous approach with a diverse range of people.
This role is responsible for making delightful first impressions on our customers, being the face of Workskil. You will use your superstar administration skills to direct inquiries to the appropriate area, in a timely manner and provide operational support to your colleagues.
The successful candidate will find balancing day to day tasks easy with strong time management and organisational skills. You will be competent using the Microsoft suite and have experience taking accurate queries by phone and using a customer relationship management system. As the first point of contact for all visitors to the site the CSO has a professional and friendly demeanour, even when dealing with a wide range of people, which can at times be challenging. Teamwork is paramount, as the site works closely to assist customers into quality employment.
This role is being offered on a full time basis on a full time ongoing basis and will be located at our Enfield site.
