Job summary

Woolworths Supermarkets is seeking a Department Manager to lead and develop the department, supported by our Store Leadership Pathway. You’ll drive end-to-end operations, coach a flexible, high-performing team, and partner with store leadership to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You’ll help roster, manage inventory (including tobacco compliance) and foster a culture where every team member can grow into future store leadership roles. Flexibility and collaboration are valued.
