Heidelberg Materials in Brisbane is seeking a Customer Service & Logistics Planner (Allocator) to join our Customer Service Centre. You will deliver exceptional customer service while growing in a logistics allocator role and supporting a busy Brisbane team.

The role offers full-time permanent employment with shifts from 8am–4pm or 9am–5pm, plus occasional coverage of early/late hours and 1 in 3 Saturdays. A quarterly bonus enhances the base salary of AUD 73,288 plus super.

Customer Service & Logistics Planner (Allocator) | Brisbane

The role:

We are looking for reliable and conscientious individuals with a passion for customer service who are eager to learn and develop into one of our logistics allocator roles, as part of our friendly Customer Service Centre team located in Brisbane. Reporting directly to the Regional Manager, your team are responsible for delivering a high level of customer service and logistics expertise. You pride yourself on delivering remarkable customer service and great results, to help ensure we are planning towards the perfect day for our customers.

Where will you be working?

Our modern open plan office, based in the Skygate Precinct - Brisbane Airport is bustling with energy, coffee machines and a fun team centric working environment. We have a large carpark for staff onsite, as well as end of trip facilities, so no need to worry about parking or public transport.
We celebrate our staff milestones with regular morning teas and lunches, hold fun social activities throughout the year. About the Role:

• Shifts are 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm, however, you will need to flexible to work between 4am - 7pm as these are the businesses operational hours, and occasionally we will need you to cover these times (with notice).
• This is a full-time permanent position; you will also be working 1 in 3 Saturdays.
• $73,288 plus super plus you will be rewarded with our Quarterly bonus scheme to increase your earning potential.
