Job summary

AWX is seeking a reliable, motivated individual for a hybrid customer service and warehouse role in Geebung, Brisbane. You’ll handle orders, despatching, and inquiries with a focus on accuracy and service.

The role combines office tasks with hands-on warehouse duties (about 20% picking/packing), and SAP familiarity is preferred. Forklift licence is desirable, and you’ll work with a supportive team in a building-industry context.

Qualifications

• Ideally SAP knowledge or willingness to learn.
• Previous experience in customer service and despatching.
• Building industry knowledge highly regarded.
• Forklift licence preferred or willingness to obtain during probation.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Physically fit and able to assist with order picking.
