Qualifications

  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks effectively.

  • Proactive and solution-focused approach to problem solving.
  • Experience within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical device, or related industry advantageous.
  • Adaptable and willing to learn additional customer service and operational functions as the role develops.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders, invoicing, credit notes, and stock transactions accurately within JDE.
  • Maintain accurate customer, product, and transaction records in JDE and other business systems.
  • Perform data entry and transaction processing within Vyra and other operational platforms.
  • Assist with inventory administration and stock movement transactions.
  • Support the Customer Service and Operations teams with administrative and coordination tasks.
  • Ensure all transactions are processed accurately and within required timeframes.
  • Investigate and resolve transaction discrepancies in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with company procedures.
  • Assist with reporting and data reconciliation activities as required.
  • Provide backup support for customer service activities during periods of leave, high workload, or business requirements.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and process efficiencies within the Operations team.
  • Undertake additional administrative and operational duties as required.

The Role

Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, this 12-month fixed-term contract position is responsible for providing accurate and timely administrative support to the Customer Service and Operations teams.

The role's primary focus is the processing of transactions within JDE and Vyra, including invoicing, order administration, and inventory transactions, ensuring data accuracy and operational efficiency. Over time, the role may expand to support broader customer service and operational activities as required.
