Qualifications

• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Ability to handle cash and payments accurately.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and provide friendly, efficient information.
• Ensure products entering the store are paid for.
• Assist in customer relations and resolving issues.
• Support home delivery bookings and click-and-collect processes.
• Process returns and escalate when needed.
• Maintain accurate records in the system.
